Your main tasks include, among others:
- Contributing to the regional/local marketing plans of Northern Europe, developing and implementing activities to support both global and local sales and marketing strategies
- Planning and executing events, initiatives, and local communications with markets across Northern Europe to support B2B/B2C target groups, including social media, travel partner websites, corporate platforms, newsletters, and trade media
- Using data to set KPIs and evaluate marketing campaigns for continuous improvement
- Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for regional/local marketing actions
- Managing and reporting local marketing budgets, including invoicing and payments
- Coordinating and creating content related to product developments, local partnerships, corporate responsibility, etc.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external partnerships that benefit Lufthansa Group airlines
Ihr Profil
The ideal Marketing Manager should meet the following requirements:
- High school certificate / A-level / Abitur or equivalent
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing
- Knowledge of the travel or airline industry in Sweden (desirable)
- Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus
- Must be available to start on 1st June
- Strong team player with high initiative
- Comfortable in dynamic, international environments
- Ability to manage a wide range of tasks
- High commitment, independence, and organizational skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
