Product Sales Specialist – Automated Products (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Representing Caljan to customers within the assigned region or account base, maintaining existing accounts and developing new customer prospects
- Driving sales of automated products within the DACH territory
- Ensure established sales goals for the assigned region are reached or exceeded
- Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers to maximize repetitive sales
- Perform product presentations, distribute marketing material, and attend trade shows and other industry functions on behalf of the company
- Create new business opportunities through various sales tactics to meet specific KPIs and sell to new accounts
- Close collaboration with Caljan DACH sales teams, sales support and engineering
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 5 years in a global or international sales capacity
- Fluent German and English
- Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context
- Analytical and communication skills
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments and understanding of different market dynamics; experience in a matrix organization is a plus
