Senior Product Manager (Consumer Inspiration)


Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us transform Allegro into a destination of exploratory shopping. You will play a key role in developing and executing a strategy focused on creating an inspiring and engaging consumer journey. This will include but not be limited to:
Driving the strategy and execution of key features related to product discovery, personalized recommendations, deals, and social credibility.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to deliver world-class shopping experiences.
Leveraging data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
Staying ahead of the curve on the latest e-commerce and consumer trends.
What the ideal candidate should have:
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation)
Understand software development lifecycle
A lot of experience in data analysis and interpretation
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills
Experience in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Are able to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs
Know English at min. B2 level

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
Setting products vision and strategy
Understand user requirements and translate them into product requirements. This also involves direct interaction with internal clients
Prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the product
Work closely with engineering, technical leaders, technical executives, and support teams to ensure a successful product launch and post-launch activities
Defining success metrics/KPIs and tracking performance against them
Engaging with diverse internal stakeholders
